1 · Who we are

Primeshield Software Trading L.L.C operates the Prime Oasis AI website and platform. Contact: info@primeshield.ae. Postal correspondence is available on request.

2 · What we collect

a · Information you submit

• Name, email and phone number when you submit a contact or pilot enquiry form.
• Property type, role and free-text notes when you complete the pilot enquiry form.

b · Information collected automatically

• Standard server log data — IP address, timestamp, request path, referrer, user agent — kept for security and operational purposes.
• Analytics events via Google Analytics 4 (page views, in-page actions), with anonymisation enabled where supported.
• Cookies, only those strictly necessary for the site to function plus analytics cookies subject to your consent (see §6).

3 · How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry within one UAE business day.
• To assess whether a Prime Oasis engagement may fit your property.
• To improve the website and the information we publish.
• To send occasional editorial or briefing material — only if you explicitly opt in.

4 · Legal basis

We process personal data on the legal basis of (a) your consent, where you have provided it via a form or cookie banner, and (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website and responding to commercial enquiries. Where local law applies stricter requirements, those prevail.

5 · Third parties

We use a small number of carefully selected service providers to operate the website and lead workflow:

• Hosting and content delivery infrastructure operated under our control.
• Google Analytics 4 — for anonymised analytics; data controller Google LLC.
• Google Tag Manager — for tag orchestration.
• Make.com — for routing form submissions to our internal systems.
• Airtable — for internal record-keeping of submissions.
• Resend (email transactional) — for notification emails to our team.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

6 · Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies by default, plus analytics cookies if you accept them via the cookie banner. You can revoke consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser. The site does not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or behavioural retargeting.

7 · Retention

Form submissions are retained for up to 36 months for follow-up purposes, then archived or deleted on a rolling cycle. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4 default settings, with the shortest practicable horizon.

8 · Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as restriction of processing and portability of your data. To exercise any right, write to info@primeshield.ae. We respond within 30 days.

9 · International transfers

Some service providers are based outside the UAE (notably in the EU and the US). Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we rely on the provider's certifications and contractual safeguards. You may request more detail in writing.

10 · Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access control on internal systems, and minimisation of data retained beyond its necessary purpose. No system is perfectly secure; we do not warrant absolute security.

11 · Children

The website and platform are intended for business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

12 · Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
